MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD
Whether you are a new resident in Sundance, a new homeowner, or just visiting, we wish to extend a warm welcome to you! We hope the information in this website will help you make your stay here as trouble-free as possible and serve as a reference in the future. The information contained herein is intended to be of assistance to our residents, potential homebuyers, realtors and other interested parties.
SUNDANCE is the name of our community, but it was originally established in 1983 as The Missions, and it is still maintained by The Missions Homeowners Association, Inc. Homeowners are invited and encouraged to become involved in the community and attend the Association's Annual General meeting.
Our community is governed by written documents known as the Declaration of Covenants and the Bylaws, which set forth the rights and obligations of each homeowner. Any homeowner who needs a copy of these documents may download them from our website or contact the Association.

Board of Director meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. and any member in good standing is entitled to attend.
The meetings are usually held on a rotating basis in the home of one of the Directors or ZOOM. Please email the association to ascertain the location of the next Board meeting.
